Damages and Issues:
- If your item arrives damaged or has an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Exceptions:
- A limited number of items may be non-returnable or have specific return limitations. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at mattresscouponz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. For a full refund, items must be returned in unused, unopened original packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label (for incorrectly shipped items or damaged goods only) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged.
Exchanges:
- Need a different size or color? No problem! For incorrectly shipped items or damaged goods, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement free of charge.
